She focuses on driving measurable social impact through strategic innovation, organisational strengthening, and inclusive leadership.

Her expertise includes organisational turnaround, resource mobilisation, and digital transformation, alongside building strategic partnerships across government, corporates, and civil society to support sustainable growth and long-term impact.

Dee Moskoff

Dee Moskoff is a seasoned non-profit leader and systems strategist with over 30 years of experience supporting community-led initiatives. She specialises in helping leaders translate strategy into action—designing practical systems and enabling collaboration in complex, resource-constrained environments.

With a multidisciplinary background in nursing, public administration, and human resource management, Dee brings a holistic, people-centred approach to building resilient networks that deliver meaningful and lasting social impact.

Dr Anika Berning-Van Zyl is a researcher and lecturer specialising in management control systems within strategy and innovation. Her work focuses on how organisations improve performance and drive innovation through effective systems, structures, and decision-making.
 
She is passionate about higher education and creating learning environments that build critical thinking, adaptability, and innovation. Through her teaching and research, she prepares students and organisations to navigate complex professional and institutional environments.
